4. Contract and payment
The agreement is concluded after pre-contract information is presented, mandatory texts are accepted and payment is completed. Card payments are processed through iyzico, and electronic confirmation is issued.
5. Delivery/performance
Booking documents or tickets are delivered through email, the customer account and/or the agreed communication channel within the period stated for the service.
6. Withdrawal right and exceptions
The fourteen-day withdrawal right may not apply to accommodation, transport, car-rental, catering and leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period, under applicable statutory exceptions. This does not remove any cancellation or refund right granted by the supplier or mandatory law in the particular case.
7. Cancellation and refund
The fare, hotel or tour-operator terms disclosed before payment apply. Non-refundable amounts, amendment charges and service fees must be clearly displayed. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method within the applicable legal and banking processing period.
