5. Travel suppliers
Mshwar may act as a booking intermediary for third-party services. Flights, hotels, tours and transport remain subject to supplier terms and mandatory law.
6. Prohibited use
Fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised-access attempts and transmission of malicious content are prohibited.
7. Liability
Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. To the extent permitted, we are not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by incorrect customer data, supplier or authority decisions, or force majeure.
8. Law and disputes
Turkish law applies. Consumers retain the right to apply to competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or courts in accordance with applicable thresholds and rules.
