1. Confirmation and delivery
A booking becomes confirmed after successful payment and supplier confirmation. The ticket, voucher or itinerary is delivered electronically by email, customer account or the registered WhatsApp channel.
2. Processing time
Instant bookings are normally delivered after electronic confirmation. Requests requiring manual confirmation are processed within 48 hours. If confirmation is unavailable, the customer is informed and amounts are returned according to the payment method.
3. Customer cancellation
Charges vary by service type, airline fare, hotel or tour-operator rules and cancellation date. Order-specific conditions displayed before payment take priority.
4. Changes and no-show
Where a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, we assist with available alternatives or refunds under supplier rules and mandatory law.
6. Refunds
After supplier approval, the refundable amount is returned to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 15 business days plus the bank or iyzico processing period. Documented non-refundable charges are not returned unless required by law.
7. Force majeure
Natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes and similar events are handled according to supplier rules, applicable law and the circumstances.
